I’m interested in a practice that has staying power; longevity & sustainability. Life’s only constant is change, so this type of practice demands an attention to BALANCE —making attuned micro adjustments in the moment. Practice never has to be a certain thing. Some days, the practice is to take a nap, and some days it’s getting out of our own way to get moving. A daily practice can always be exactly what we need from day to day, and moment to moment. The challenge is in being honest and accountable with ourselves.
